Outside the classroom, I am a captain on the men&#8217;s basketball team at Carleton, where I\u2019ve learned how leadership and collaboration translate far beyond the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">This summer I co-founded a residential and commercial window cleaning business with my best friend. What started small has quickly grown into a 7 person operation. The experience has taught me how to manage a team and design systems that scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">My long-term goal is to combine my passion for business with the resilience I have developed through athletics.
